Disclosure Requirements and Filing Instructions (Non-WVU Affiliated Investigator)

If it is verified that a Non-WVU affiliated Investigator’s home institution is listed in the FDP COI Clearinghouse, no further action is needed – those institutions will follow their own COI policy and procedures that they have certified comply with 42 CFR Part 50 Subpart F/45 CFR Part 94 to cover subrecipient investigators.

If the Investigator is NOT affiliated with an institution that is in the FDP COI Clearinghouse, the Disclosure of Interest in Research (DOIR) Form for non-WVU affiliated investigators should be filled out.
